New Homes Sales Specialist
Captiva Homes have an exciting opportunity for two New Homes Sales Specialists (one full-time and one part-time) to join the fastest growing new housing development company on the Isle of Wight.
At Captiva Homes we pride ourselves on not just building great houses, but on building great homes with a firm focus on excellence. Our team is small, dynamic and fast moving, with our priority being the customer journey from the very first point of interaction through to two years post sale.
To maintain the high standards of customer care we pride ourselves on, we are looking for people who are incredibly passionate about exceeding customer expectations by being supportive, informative and empathetic through a process that is recognised as one of the most stressful things their customer will ever do in their life time.
This role is extremely exciting; you will be an ambassador who knows your product inside out, showing customers around some truly beautiful homes or apartments and as a team, continuing to support them through their onward journey. You will need to get under the skin of your customer, truly understand what they are looking for and promote compromise to reach the point of handing over the keys to a new home the customer adores!
In what at times will be a lone working environment and a work pattern that would involve working both Saturdays and Sundays, drive and motivation alongside a proactive and positive attitude will be paramount. To ensure efficiency, you will need to combine your strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy along with enhancing your brand and product knowledge by becoming an expert in your field to promote strong sales performance.
