Executive Headteacher: Miss Kirsty Howarth 205 pupils on roll 25 hours (term time only)

Salary: Scale Hay Grade (£18,426 - £18,671 FTE pro rata)
(actual salary £10,726 - £10,869)

Start date : as soon as possible - fixed term to 31/08/2020 (with potential to be extended for the right candidate) As a result of our new pre-school provision proving to be very popular we are in the exciting position to appoint an enthusiastic and motivational Teaching Assistant C with pre-school/Early Years experience. The role will involve supporting young children, assisting the teaching staff, helping to maintain the learning environment and assisting with administration. Most important is your attitude and approach. You will be:

✓ Able to motivate, encourage and inspire children within the Early Years foundation stage
✓ Able to establish good relationships with pupils, acting as a positive role model, and being aware of and responding appropriately to individual needs
✓ Encourage pupils to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teaching staff ✓ Recognise that each child learns differently and be supportive of our caring ethos
✓ Supportive of high standards and behaviour across break and lunchtimes
