COOK/CHEF - NEW BOARDING HOUSE


(Part Time - One Year Contract from January 2020)


We are looking for an experienced Cook/Chef who is passionate about food. Candidates should be able to prepare, cook and present the food to the highest standard in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant environment. You will need to assist in menu planning & working within pre-agreed budgetary targets.


Fixed term contract for one year, working 38 weeks (term time only plus three additional weeks). Position to commence January 2020. Core working: 16 hours per week, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.


This position is suited to someone with previous catering experience or a good home cook. The relevant health & safety and food hygiene qualifications are essential, this can be completed here onsite.


EVENING CLEANERS


(Part Time - Permanent from January 2020)
The School has a wide range of buildings and facilities which are cleaned to a high standard by our domestic team. We are looking for 2 cleaners, who take great pride in their work, to join our team in Ryde. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. You may be required to work as part of a team or on your own covering an allocated area.


COSHH and manual handling knowledge is essential for this role and full on-site training will be given.


You will work all year round based on 20 hours per week,

Monday to Friday, 5.00pm to 9.00pm.
